GP500 Platinum
The GP500 comes with a range of features that are convenient and high-quality, some common, others not so common features, like Keystone and Corner Fit, which digitally warps the image for poor installation, the Toslink audio out jack which turns off the built-in speaker when headphones or a different speaker system are plugged in and Bluetooth, which allows the GP500 to function wirelessly as a music receiver music. 3D playback is supported as well.
Subjectively, I discovered that the GP500 was extremely accurate in grayscale OOTB. I found a DeltaE value of just 2.3, which is less than the amount visible to the eye. This is quite impressive. The Dynamic Contrast feature really added depth to the a few night scenes in Life of Pi and the color on display was excellent as well. Avatar was also extremely impressive.
GP500 Black

There aren't any race-related graphics available for the GP500 but you can purchase Airoh Sectors, Scrape and Cosmos in a plain black finish. You can also buy it with Rockstar Drive and Check graphics to give it a more race-focused look.

Other notable features include 3D playback, which can be activated via the built-in DLP-Link glasses. It's great to see this projector still supports this feature, given that some brands have recently dropped it.
The GP500 White also has several regular and not-so-common quality of life features like Keystone and Corner Fit (which is digital image warping). These are useful for less-than-ideal installs as they allow you to display an image that is flat. However, they could degrade the image quality. It is important to be aware of this. The GP500 offers a superior grayscale performance OOTB, and has produced very clean and distinct shades.
